SUMMIT RESORT POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

Cancellations made with 7 or more days of advance notice prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit will be non-refundable. Additionally, no changes can be made to a reservation within 7 days of the check-in date. This policy also applies to cancellations or changes due to inclement weather. Guests who opt to purchase the Protect My Vacation option must book this add-on within 48 hours of making their reservation. This option allows guests to cancel their reservation up until 9pm, two days prior to the arrival date at no additional charge. Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Our Resort operates on a cashless basis, so please be prepared with a credit card. Any refunds must be applied back to the card originally charged.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Guest must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card in their name present upon check-in. Check-in time begins at 4:00PM. Check-out time is prior to 10:00AM.

PET POLICY:

Due to allergies and unpredictable animal behavior, pets are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the property. Non-compliance results in a $250 fee. Nearby kennels offer pet accommodations at reasonable rates.

SMOKING POLICY:

To respect the concerns of guests, indoor spaces on property are designated as non-smoking including all guest accommodations. To enforce this policy we charge a $250 fee to guests who do not cooperate.

POOL POLICY:

The pool is open Sunday – Thursday from 8:00AM – 9:00PM and Friday & Saturday from 8:00AM – 10:00PM. The indoor pool area will be closed for renovations beginning on April 1, 2024 an will reopen on April 12, 2024.

SECURITY HOLD:

A $200 dollar credit card preauthorization will be taken upon check-in for incidentals. This amount will be automatically refunded upon check-out for folios with zero balances. Credit card companies require 3 – 7 business days to process.

SMS COMMUNICATION POLICY:

By providing your phone number during the reservation process, you agree to receive text messages from our company. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

What are the pool hours?

Our onsite pools are open from 8AM – 9PM Sunday – Thursday and from 8AM – 10PM on Friday & Saturday

Do you offer day passes?

We do not offer day passes at the resort. Our pools and amenities are exclusive to timeshare owners and overnight guests

Can I book online using a gift card?

Am I able to charge items to my room?

Guests may room charge items from any of our onsite outlets including: The Market Convenience Store or Indoor Pool Bar
